to Kern County Specific Plan Line Resolutions #94-611 and #94-612 adopted on
November 21, 1994, the name “Northgate
Boulevard” was assigned to the Highway 58-to-Lorraine Avenue portion of
the road that continues north from Highway 58’s interchange with the northern
end of Rosamond Boulevard. The name of
